Jaxon Tippet, a fitness model on Instagram with 166,000 followers, was busted with anabolic steroids and clenbuterol after police searched his vehicle and person during a traffic stop on November 27, 2017. Police conducted a body search after they witnessed Tippet walking strangely and favoring his groin area.

Sean Grove, a popular High School physical education teacher and weightlifting coach, was arrested on charges of possession of anabolic steroids on February 27, 2018. Grove insisted that he must have been set up by an ex-wife or girlfriend or a competing coach.

Howerton was charged with murder, aggravated sexual assault and criminal mischief.
