Description

Hydroxytest, a.k.a. hydroxytestosterone, is testosterone with an added 4-hydroxl group which weakens this steroids activity. Thus unlike basic forms of the androgen testosterone, Hydroxytest possesses a diminished anabolic/androgenic ratio of 65:25 making only moderately anabolic and mildly androgenic.

Hydroxytest is approximately 65% as anabolic (muscle building) as standard versions of testosterone, and only about 25% as androgenic (impacting male sex characteristics). If taken in substantially enough doses, those nearly twice that of actual testosterone (to compensate for the anabolic reduction), this steroid will provide the exact same anabolic properties.

Steroid Form

Hydroxytest has a rather storied history. It was produced as mild steroid, but shelved for a period, then sold briefly in 2004 and 2005 as an oral (in various forms) over-the-counter supplement. It also comes in a raw powder, which some users convert into an injectable. Hydroxytestosterone is not available on the commercial market or as a prescription drug, but may be found on the black market.

As a version of testosterone, Hydroxytest acts a good testosterone base for cycles containing Deca-Durabolin, Dianabol, Equipoise, and Trenbolone during bulking cycles. Similarly, it supports compounds like Primobolan, Trenbolone, Oral Turinabol Anavar, and Stanozolol as both a cutting cycle base and potent anabolic contributor.
