Side Effects of Trenbolone Enanthate

The side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate are the same as all other Trenbolone hormones; however, they can be harder to deal with form some. This version of Trenbolone is attached to the large/long Enanthate ester, and if side effects become problematic it can take quite a bit of time for them to dissipate even after use is discontinued. This is not the case with the more popular and more commonly used Trenbolone Acetate compound, as adverse effects will clear in a few days after use is discontinued if side effects become problematic. However, many like the idea of the Enanthate version as it will only require two injections per week; in fact, you could probably get away with one injection every five days. Conversely, Trenbolone Acetate needs to be injected every other day. Beyond the issues of injection frequency, it’s often a little easier to control blood levels with the Acetate version, but control is more than possible with the Enanthate version. However, the side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate can be extensive and this makes it a steroid that’s not for every one. Most men will be able to supplement, but we can say with confidence more men will not be able to use the Trenbolone hormone than most any other anabolic steroid. With that in mind, let’s take a look at the side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate and all you’ll need to know.

Estrogenic Side Effects of Trenbolone Enanthate:

While the hormone does not aromatize, estrogenic side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate are possible. This steroid should not lead to water retention as it does not aromatize, but like all 19-nortestosterone (19-nor) compounds it is a progestin. This is important to note because progesterone has the ability to stimulate the estrogenic mechanism in the mammary tissue and this can promote gynecomastia. While many men won’t have an issue, sensitive men will be another story. It’s also important to note that the addition of an aromatizing steroid in conjunction will increase the odds. In order to afford protection many men will need an anti-estrogen despite the side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate not including any direct estrogenic activity.

Androgenic Side Effects of Trenbolone Enanthate:

The androgenic side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate can be harsh for many men, which isn’t surprising when we consider this hormone is highly androgenic. The androgenicity of Trenbolone is far beyond most steroids and can promote acne, hair loss and body hair growth. However, the androgenic side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate are strongly dependent on genetic predispositions. In order for hair loss to occur you must be predisposed to male pattern baldness. The same for acne, normally those who are acne sensitive already will be the first to have a problem. This is a principle that holds true when examining the androgenicity of any steroid, but the odds of such effects are stronger with this steroid in those genetically predisposed due to its extreme androgenicity. Important note – the 5-alpha reductase enzyme does not metabolize the Trenbolone hormone. As a result, 5-alpha reductase inhibitors will have not affect on this steroid’s androgenicity of the side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate. You cannot reduce the androgenicity of this hormone. The androgenic side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate can also promote virilization in women. Virilization symptoms include body hair growth, a deepening of the vocal chords and clitoral enlargement. Due to the extreme androgenicity of this steroid, avoiding virilization will be impossible for most women. Some may be able to supplement with low doses with minimal virilization, but even this can be difficult. The Trenbolone hormone is not recommended to female athletes.

Cardiovascular Side Effects of Trenbolone Enanthate:

The cardiovascular side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate can include high blood pressure and cholesterol issues. In fact, this is one of the harshest injectable steroids on cholesterol as it can significantly increase LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and significantly suppress HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol). If you have high blood pressure or cholesterol you should not supplement with this anabolic steroid. If you are healthy enough for use, a healthy lifestyle will offer you more protection than anything else. By following this criteria, healthy adult men should maintain healthy levels baring any underlying issues. In order to promote the continuation of cardiovascular health, the following should be held to:

  • Omega fatty acid rich diet – daily fish oil supplementation is advised
  • Extremely limited consumption of saturated fats and simple sugars
  • Supplement with a cholesterol antioxidant supplement
  • Avoid excess alcohol, smoking and any other unfriendly blood pressure activity
  • Implement regular daily cardiovascular activity
  • Keep a close and watchful eye on your blood pressure and cholesterol
  • Be willing to discontinue use if blood pressure and/or cholesterol gets out of control

Suppressive Side Effects of Trenbolone Enanthate:

The side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate will include natural testosterone suppression in all men who supplement. Suppression will be extreme and men are encouraged to supplement with exogenous testosterone. Those who do not supplement with exogenous testosterone will fall into a low testosterone condition. Once the use of Trenbolone has come to an end and all exogenous steroidal hormones have cleared the system, natural testosterone production will begin again. However, it will take some time for testosterone levels to reach their optimal range and most men will need to introduce a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) program. A PCT plan will stimulate natural recovery and reduce the total recovery time. It will not return you to your optimal range on its own; this will still take time. However, a PCT plan will reduce the recovery time and ensure you have enough testosterone for proper bodily function while your levels continue to naturally rise. Important notes – natural testosterone recovery is dependent on two important factors:

  • Natural testosterone recovery assumes no prior low testosterone condition existed.
  • Natural testosterone recovery assumes severe damage was not done to the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular-Axis (HPTA) through irresponsible anabolic steroid use.

Response Side Effects of Trenbolone Enanthate:

The possible response based side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate represent the primary reason many men will not be able to use this steroid. Some will simply display a bad response to this hormone, and there’s rarely anything you can do about it. Granted, lowering the dose will sometimes help and extreme high doses may cause such effects where they won’t with moderate doses in some men. However, many men will find the side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate in this category to occur regardless of the dose. The response based side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate include:

  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • Night Sweats
  • Rapid Heart Rate

If the response based side effects of Trenbolone Enanthate occur they will often do so in a severe way, in many cases, beyond what you can imagine. Lowering the dose may help but most will want to discontinue use. If the steroid is to be attempted again, you’ll want to start with a lower dose. However, many will find the compound simply isn’t for them. Important note – if you have never supplemented with the Trenbolone hormone before you should not use the Enanthate version your first time. All first time Trenbolone users should choose Trenbolone Acetate and gauge their response. If you display a poor response with the Acetate version you can discontinue use and be back to normal in 48-72 hours. If you are using the Enanthate version, you’ll be forced to wait 2-3 weeks. Gauge your response with Trenbolone Acetate, and if the response is positive you can consider Trenbolone Enanthate later down the road.
