Winstrol Doses

A common question asked by many performance enhancers is how much of a particular hormone should I use and while there is not always a cut and dry answer there are guidelines we can follow. With certain anabolic steroids the dosing range can vary quite dramatically; for example, the primary anabolic steroid Testosterone, its not uncommon to see doses that range from 200mg per week to 1,000mg per week and even more at elite levels. However, when it comes to Winstrol doses we have a steroid that normally doesnt carry such a wide range and one of the few anabolic steroids where dosing can be pretty close to the same for most individuals. As we will see Winstrol doses are normally quite consistent and very easy to figure as this is a very simple anabolic steroid to use. In-fact, we wont see a wide birth of changes that vary with each purpose.

Winstrol Doses for Bulking:

The anabolic steroid Stanozolol, most commonly known as Winstrol or Winny is for most men a poor choice for bulking. The Stanozolol hormone is not well-suited for building mass; highly anabolic and very slightly androgenic this is a steroid far more apt for strength and cutting. Due to its ability to dramatically lower SHBG it could be used in a bulking cycle as a means to make other hormones more efficient, increase free testosterone and even solidify gains to a stronger degree but most will find other steroids to be far more beneficial in the long run; this truly is one of the few steroids we may aptly label a cutting steroid. For those who choose, Winstrol doses of 50mg per day might add a little to a bulking cycle at the tail-end providing benefits as discussed but generally speaking it is not our best option.

Winstrol Doses for Cutting:

Without question Stanozolol is far more beneficial to a cutting cycle than it is a bulking cycle and many gym rats and competitive bodybuilders supplement with this steroid for just that purpose. Standard Winstrol doses will generally fall in the 50mg per day range for 6-8 weeks with some individuals choosing to go as high as 100mg per day for the entire duration of use. This is a bit of a high dose and can be fairly stressful to the liver as it is very hepatic and can further really curve your lipid profiles in a negative way. We can however make an exception with a higher Winstrol doses but only in short term fashion but it can be very useful. Winstrol doses of 100mg per day for the competitive bodybuilder the last 10-14 days before a competition can be very useful and as this is a very short period of time the liver and lipid issues are not as great of a concern. Many competitive bodybuilders will supplement with the Stanozolol hormone at 50mg per day for 6 weeks and then increase it to 100mg every day right before a show for the last two weeks to really add an additional level of hardness to their physique.

Winstrol Doses for Athletic Performance:

Enhancing athletic performance is perhaps the Stanozolol hormones greatest attribute as it will lend to a stronger and faster athlete without bringing too much cumbersome additional size. Standard Winstrol doses in this case vary more so than in any other category and can often be as little as 20mg-25mg every other day. While such a low dose will not have a strong pronounced effect on the physique like cutting doses will it will provide the athlete the bump he is looking for. While such a low dose is not uncommon far more common is dosing of the 50mg range and on an every other day to every day basis depending on the athlete; generally 4-6 weeks of use is a very standard protocol for Winstrol doses that meet this purpose.

Female Winstrol Doses:

Stanozolol is one of the few anabolic steroids female athletes can use with not only success but in an often highly well-tolerated manner. Standard Winstrol doses for almost any female athlete will fall in the 10mg per day range and while this may seem low, as women are more sensitive to the hormone it will provide the benefits they are after. Some women in physique sports will go as high as 20mg every day but this really opens the door to potential virilization effects and is not recommended. If 10mg per day is not enough to provide what you need the athlete might want to consider other steroids as part of a cycle or stack; other solid options for the female performance athlete often include Anavar, Primobolan Depot and many of the SERMs and thyroid hormones as well as HGH.
