Here are your free anabolic menu's!

We've taken all the guess work out of eating for gaining lean body mass. Just click on the day of the week you want to get bigger and you will find your full daily menu. Next make sure you come back every week for your next week of menu's.

The following article will teach you why having a menu that gives you "perfect" feedings is a goldmine for anyone who is serious about getting bigger!

You may wish to print out these menu pages and begin a notebook with them, adding your seven new daily menu's each week. This way you will have a huge directory of anabolic menu's to choose from whenever you are interested in eating to achieve your maximum anabolic state.

Note: You may exchange any meal on any day for the same meal on another day, but do not switch meals within the day, such as having your afternoon snack for breakfast, or you will change the anabolic formula that eating correctly creates.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...

 

If you just want to get "Toned" and don’t want to get big like those guys in the magazines, if those veins in their arms are ugly and those guys are "gross"... and you don’t even like girls that look like that, then you may want to consider using the diets in the magazines by the cash register in the grocery store for your information. Yea, and if the exercise programs that you only have to do for 3 minutes a day in front of your TV set are for you, then please don’t spend any time on this page cause there isn’t anything here that will satisfy your need to do nothing and achieve nothing, with little or no effort.

But if having Serratus Anterior muscles that look like fingers, and if you want your external Obliques to look External...
